By investing on EC Investment
the investor is accepting
the terms and conditions set out
bellow and will be bound by them
The
Investment
- The investment is the property of the
Investor stated on the Certificate of Investment.
- The amount, the interest rate, the date of
issuance, and the date of maturity of the investment
bound and stated on the Certificate of Investment
- The Interest will be counted as bellow:
(Amount of
Investment X Interest Rate) : (12 : Terms of Investment
(months))
The
Liability of EC Investment
- EC Investment will repay the amount of
investment with the interests (including transfer fee and
taxes) to the Investor as stated on the Certificate of
Investment within 3 days from the date of maturity.
- EC Investment will be invested the
investor’s investment on foreign exchange market,
capital market, commodity market, bullion, and deposit,
any gains or losses will be unnoticed.
The
Liability of Investor
The Investor agrees to give the authority
to EC Investment to invest the amount of investment as stated
on the Certificate of Investment without any notice (see 2.2)
Termination
- EC Investment may terminate the investment
at any time before the date of maturity by e-mail or
written notice to the investor and will return the amount
of investment including interest and taxes within 5 days
after the date of termination.
- The Investor may terminate this investment
at any time before the date of maturity by written notice
to EC Investment accompanied by the return of the
Certificate of Investment, 5 days before the date of
termination.
- The interest payable will be counted as
bellow:
(Amount of
Investment X Interest Rate) : (360 : Length of investment*
(days))
- EC Investment will return the amount of
investment including the interest, the transfer fee, the
taxes, and the cancellation charges within 5 days from
the date of termination.
- The termination charged as 40% from the
interest will be counted as bellow:
((Amount of
Investment X Interest Rate) : ( 360 : Length of Investment*
(days))) X 40%
* The days from the date of
issuance to the date of termination.
Amendment
EC Investment
reserves the right at all times to vary or amend the
foregoing terms and conditions and will become effective and
binding on the investor.
Additional
Terms & Conditions (not stated on the Certificate of
Investment):
- The investments will effective within 3
days from the date of funds received and stated as the
date of issuance.
- The funds will be exchanged automatically
to the currency of investment if received in different
currency.
- EC Investment shall not be liable for any
delay or loss caused by the agent or by any Act or Order
of any Government or Governmental Agency or as result or
in consequence of any other cause whatsoever during the
transferring amount of the funds or the repays to or from
the Investor.
- If the interest rate changed during
transfering the funds, the interest rate automatically
follow to the lates rate as stated on the newest
Investment List at the date of funds received.
- For the social fund donor, the charity
will be counted as bellow:
(Amount of
Investment + Interest) X % of charity
- The charity program may terminate at any
time, with the latest 8 days before the date of maturity
by written notice or e-mail.
- The Investor will receive announcement
e-mail 10 days before the date of maturity.
